Cockermouth 1
Maryport Monsters 0
Cockermouth took the lead in the first half with a well taken goal from Macauley Sharp.
Maryport could have levelled the score but missed a penalty towards the end of the match.
St Bees 0
Netherhall10
St Bees had only 10 players for their U16 encounter with Netherhall and they were up against it right from the start.
The match was very one sided but credit has to be given to St Bees for never giving up.
Credit is also due to referee Joe Fell who marshalled the game very well from start to finish.
One of the best goals came from David Miller after a series of quick smooth passes took Netherhall from well inside their own half to score.
Netherhall’s other goals came from Kieran Featherstone (3), Connor Irving (2), Lewis Patrick, Ryan Robinson, Adam Miller - on his debut - and Cameron Mitchell.

Penrith-based Castletown quickly got into their stride in this Penrith U16 League Cup tie for the Tommy Hall Trophy.
Cockermouth pulled one back from their man-of-the-match Liam Orr just before half-time.
After the break Castletown kept the ball moving well and increased their lead with a scrambled goal from a six-yard melee from which point onwards Cockermouth were unable to recover.
