Treading the boards
Wigton theatre has been putting on shows for over fifty years thanks to the hard work of local members and volunteers. A case of dry rot is proving costly this year but repairs are underway and actors will be treading the boards with a little more confidence at the group's next performance during October.

Volunteers wanted

We're always on the look out for volunteers to help out at the theatre club. Please contact lischap@supernet.com if you would like to get involved with the theatre group or need more information on becoming a member.
Don't worry. We're not just after keen thespians to walk the boards. Running a theatre means far more than acting. We need help from budding artists, help with lighting, sound, costumes, publicity, ushering, refreshments, set building...In fact, if you have some spare time then we have a job for you!
Please contact lischap@supanet.com if you would like to get involved with the theatre group or want information on becoming a member.
